• Explore the background of parts 1,2,4,5 & 6 of the Mental Health (NI) Order 1986.
• Consider the functions of the associated forms (1-24).
• Have an opportunity to reflect on the Human Rights perspectives supported throughout the Code of Practice.
• Review and consider the relevance of associated documents including the amended Code of Practice (2026).
