Solihull/Togetherness Approach Advanced Training: Attachment


Purpose

To deliver the Attachment Workshop which is from the Solihull Plus range of programmes. These are for further knowledge and development linking the Solihull theoretical model with Attachment theory.

Learning Outcomes
  • To provide an overview of attachment theory.
  • To evaluate how this links to the Solihull Approach model.
  • To synthesise learning to practice.
  • To introduce epigenetics and relativity to brain development.
Audience

Nurses, Health Visitors and Midwives who have attended the 2-Day Solihull Approach Foundation Programme.

Method

Online or face to face delivery

To complete this programme online you must join using a device which has a functioning camera and microphone.

Important Information

This programme will NOT equip practitioners to provide a diagnosis of an attachment disorder.  This requires specialist training.
