To update participants knowledge and further develop their skills in continence assessment, management and treatment options for patients/clients who have continence needs.

• Identify the different types of urinary and faecal incontinence and discuss the various treatment options
• Discuss the importance of communication skills in the assessment and management of patients/clients with continence problems
