Regional CPD Learning Disability Occupational Therapy Workshop (26/27 Programme)

Purpose

To facilitate a learning and sharing day for OTs across the region working with people with a learning disability and complex or challenging needs.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

• Analyse complex LD and autism cases and identify evidence-informed solutions.
• Appraise evidence to inform assessment and clinical recommendations.
• Examine emerging developments in LD occupational therapy practice.
• Apply innovation and shared learning to service development practice within LD OT across the region.
• Share learning from experts by experience.
