Regional Workshop for OT staff working in Specialist Dementia Services

Purpose

To facilitate a regional network and learning day for Occupational Therapists, promoting the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and best practices in dementia care for individuals with complex or challenging needs.

Learning Outcomes

• Strengthen professional networks and exchange knowledge and experience in assessing and delivering interventions for people living with dementia.
• Identify and evaluate innovative practices in dementia care from across the region to inform and enhance occupational therapy practice.
• Apply learning from case studies to develop approaches to intervention planning and impact measurement in dementia care.

All Occupational Therapy staff, including support staff, assistants, and registered practitioners
